Key responsibilities including prospecting new customers, building and maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating UClean's services, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Diligently call up all the franchise leads assigned in the CRM
2. Qualify the leads as hot, warm, and cold
3. Follow up with the leads, share proposals, and walk them through the business model of UClean
4. Align meetings of Senior Team members with the Hot and Warm Leads
5. Work with the team on converting the serious prospects into franchises
6. Adhere to sales targets and overachieve them
7. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Actively maintain CRM and prepare for reviews
9. Be prepared to travel aggressively locally and to other cities for meetings and events
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Faridabad and neighboring cities
