Role Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Intern at Urbankilla, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting top management in various sales and marketing activities. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry with a rapidly growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with homeowners and potential buyers via phone calls to collect and manage property inventory.
2. Assist in lead management by following up with prospects and ensuring a smooth sales process.
3. Support social media marketing efforts, including content creation and posting across platforms.
4. Participate in site visits to understand property features and assist in client presentations.
5. Collaborate with the team on various projects to drive business growth.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
