2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as restaurant owners, chefs, and procurement heads.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
4. Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and provide customized procurement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Negotiation & Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
6. Market Research & Insights: Stay informed on hospitality industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
7. Post-Sales Coordination: Facilitate smooth onboarding and collaborate with operations and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
1. Experience: 0-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, food service, or procurement.
2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, supply chain requirements, and vendor management.
3. Sales-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Communication & Negotiation Skills: Skilled in engaging decision-makers and closing deals effectively.
5. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools, sales tracking software, and digital communication for managing client relationships.
6. Self-Motivated: Able to take initiative, work independently, and excel in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
7. Preferred Background: Experience with restaurant chains, QSRs, or food service brands is a plus.
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,30,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 30,000 - 1,50,000 /year
