Corporate Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
2. Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up
3. Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
4. Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule
5. Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
6. Displaying extensive knowledge about products and services
7. Ensuring customer vehicle is finished on time and details for customer services rendered and costs for those services, ensuring satisfaction at every step of interaction
