About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated enterprise sales executive with 0-2 years of experience in software product sales. The enterprise sales executive will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets for our software products primarily within the pharma & life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential prospects through various channels, including online research, databases, social media, and networking events.
2. Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods and organize meetings for product demonstrations.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our software products.
5. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
6. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
8. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market trends.
9. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor s or master s degree in life sciences, business administration or management is preferred.
2. 0-2 years of experience in B2B software product sales, preferably within the life sciences sector.
3. Proven track record of achieving B2B Software sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information effectively.
6. Experience in B2B SaaS product sales is a plus.
7. Experience in the International market is a plus.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Note:

1. This role includes travelling all over India based on the client requirements.
2. Languages required: English (mandatory).
