About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads and manage the sales funnel to drive admissions for the various programs
2. Respond to inquiries from potential students and provide them with information about the programs, admissions process, and financial aid options
3. Conduct one-on-one consultations with potential students to understand their educational needs and goals and provide them with personalized guidance on program selection
4. Work with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and other channels
5. Ensure a seamless admissions process for students, from initial inquiry to enrolment
6. Conduct online and on-ground meetups, info sessions, recruitment events and other relevant industry events to promote the programs and build relationships with potential students and industry partners
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, admissions, and other relevant information in the CRM system
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admissions targets and provide regular reports on admissions activities and results to the management team

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication Email Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken)

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field

2. 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or admissions, preferably in the education sector, Experience in call center

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential students and colleagues

4. Strong sales and marketing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

5. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a customer-centric approach to sales and service

6. Knowledge of the data science and analytics industry would be an advantage

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
