Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Refit Global, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, expanding our client base, and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Address client needs, provide solutions, and act as a point of contact for any queries or concerns.
3. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to identify potential clients and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services. Communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions effectively to potential clients.
5. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Demonstrate product capabilities and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and forecasts.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless sales process and enhance overall client experience.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
2. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. A bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field is preferred.
