About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Assisting in identifying and qualifying potential customers through research, cold calling, and online resources.
2. Market Research: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
3. Sales Support: Preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other materials, as well as providing administrative support to the sales team.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, and providing customer support.
5. Sales Activities: Participating in sales meetings, product demonstrations, and other sales-related activities.
6. Collaboration: Working closely with sales managers and other team members to achieve sales targets.

Other requirements

1. Education: Pursuing or completed B.Tech/MBA/BBA.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software (preferred).

5. Other Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
