About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Answering all incoming inquiries with as little delay as possible
2. Providing all relevant information to the leads either over the phone, email, or WhatsApp
3. Convincing the leads to visit the site
4. Helping the customer to reach the site
5. Arranging cabs for customers and coordinating with them till they visit the site
6. Inform customers about current payment offers at our sites
7. Provide information about our upcoming projects
8. Maintaining a concise and meticulous record of follow-ups done for the same
9. Daily reporting in a predefined format
10. Reporting the quality of leads attended to help refine marketing campaigns
