About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact customers by telephone to promote apartments or projects and invite them to visit the project site
2. Explain the projects and allied information to drive potential customers to visit the project site
3. Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
4. Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet the needs of specific individuals
5. Provide size and pricing details of the apartments
6. Handle customer questions
7. Obtain customer information, including names, phone numbers, email ids, current residence addresses, and work locations
8. Record customer details, including reactions to the project and apartments, in a CRM system
9. Coordinate and schedule customer visits with the site sales team on project sites
10. Conduct customer and marketing surveys
11. Answer telephone calls from potential customers responding to advertisements
12. Contact customers to follow up on initial interactions

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) Lead Generation

Other requirements

1. Graduate

2. Passionate individual with excellent communication and representation skills.

3. Proficiency in language (English, Hindi, Marathi)

4. Preferable having Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing

5. Proficiency in relevant computer applications
