About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate qualified leads through prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and outbound cold calling/emailing.
2. Understand customer needs and IT challenges through active listening and questioning.
3. Identify and qualify sales opportunities based on established criteria.
4. Develop strong relationships with potential clients and build rapport.
5. Maintain and update a CRM system with accurate customer data and activity records.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
