About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads using the CRM software, strike connections with the clients, and understand their requirements
2. Convince the client for site visits
3. Make calls to the client for the follow-ups after the initial visit to the site
4. Ensure adequate knowledge about the competitors in the market

Requirements:

1. Real estate or home loan experience is preferred
2. Knowledge of client relationship manager (CRM) software and MS Office is mandatory
