We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented corporate sales manager to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The corporate sales manager's responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls, assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
Reporting to: Team leader
Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiating sales calls with potential customers over the phone.
2. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
3. Listening to the customers' needs to generate appointments for field sales staff.
4. Answering customers' questions on the products.
5. Booking appointment for Team Leader and field sales
6. Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
