1. Generate new business leads through various channels such as email, phone, and social media
2. Qualify and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities
3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations remotely
4. Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients
5. Manage and update customer information in the CRM database
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion
7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

We are looking to hire candidates (freshers/experienced) from any graduate/post-graduate courses for the roles of sales executive and relationship manager. The candidates should be proficient in English and Hindi (multilingual is also preferred), have knowledge of MS Excel, and have experience (if any) in the e-commerce sector (minimum 6 months -1 year) would be preferred, but not mandatory.
