Corporate Sales Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
2. Drive new business development through prospecting and relationship-building
3. Execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific target markets
4. Communicate the company's value proposition through presentations and product demonstrations
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
8. Play a leading role in building marketing campaigns and promotions, including cross-promotions and partnerships with other companies
9. Conduct research on a wide variety of companies and contacts across the sector
10. Prepare documents and proposals to send to potential homeowners and arrange meetings
11. Handle initial calls from inbound inquiries, confidently explaining services and capturing necessary information
12. Gather up-to-date information on the sector and competitors
13. Observe and carry out sales processes
14. Identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions

16. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

1. General computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
2. Attention to detail and accuracy in performance
3. Ability to support a team while also working independently

5. Basic knowledge of sales optimization tools (a plus)
