As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to our employees on Java, Python, and Training and Development.
Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver training programs on Programming languages and Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IoT & Blockchain for employees & students at all levels in various Institutions & Industries.
2. Create interactive and hands-on learning experiences to enhance employees' understanding and proficiency in coding.
3. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs to meet those needs.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in software development to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
6. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees who require additional assistance in mastering coding languages.
7. Serve as a mentor and resource for employees seeking to enhance their technical skills and advance their careers.
