1. Take complete ownership of a group of students, including onboarding, detailed counseling, regular follow-ups, and overall account responsibility
2. Develop a deep understanding of the university admissions process and application cycle
3. Build a trusted relationship with students, serving as their Coach for guidance on university admissions
4. Monitor the progress of every student application regularly to assess performance and resolve bottlenecks with various teams
5. Build cross-disciplinary relationships within the organization by partnering closely with the Growth team, Student Counsellors, Key Account Managers, and other support functions while providing feedback and insights
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
2. 0-3 years of relevant experience in student counseling or a similar background
3. Exemplary sales and negotiation skills with a student-first approach
4. Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
5. Comfort in managing multiple projects and working under tight deadlines
6. Determination and persistence to achieve sales goals
