Counter Sales Representative Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Greeting customers as and when they enter the store.
2. Understanding the customers' requirements and specifications.
3. Providing the customers with solutions instantly.
4. Solving all the customer's complaints and issues about the product.
5. Making sure the customer is satisfied with the products offered to them.
6. Maintaining a strong relationship with new customers.
7. Updating customer's information in the computer system for future reference.
8. Checking the store inventory and reporting it to the Sales Manager.
9. Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
10. Ensuring the space is clean and tidy all the time.
11. Processing customer's payments in the form of cash or card.
12. Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the organization.
13. Reporting any mishaps and accidents to the Store Manager.
14. Performing daily inspections of the store and inventory room.
