As we continue to expand our brand presence, we are seeking a highly talented and motivated Creative Brand Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about generating captivating social content, possess a keen eye for innovation, and demonstrate a strong sense of art and color.
Key responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and innovative content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and animations to enhance brand identity and storytelling
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate fresh ideas and concepts for campaigns and promotions
Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
Monitor trends and insights to optimize content performance and drive audience engagement
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions with our community
Creative Strategy:
Contribute to the development of creative strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience
Brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas to elevate brand presence and differentiate us in the market
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our creative approach
Design and Branding:
Design marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, and brochures that reflect our brand identity and values
Ensure consistency in visual elements including color schemes, typography, and imagery across all channels
Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers as needed to execute design projects
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of social media content using relevant metrics and tools
Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results over time
