Job Overview:

We're on the lookout for a Creative Director & Operations Manager with a flair for creativity and operational management. This role involves crafting exceptional digital content and strategies, driving projects, and leading our creative team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Development: Innovate content ideas that align with client goals. Lead shoots from concept to execution
2. Project Management: Oversee scheduling, and planning, and ensure timely delivery of projects
3. Vendor and Client Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and clients, ensuring smooth collaborations and communication
4. Social Media and Content: Social media management and enhance content using available tools
5. Analyze performance metrics and refine content strategies accordingly
6. Business Development: Prepare quotes for future clients

The candidate is expected to attend video shoots & manage them which could be on weekends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in creative direction and digital marketing
Strong communication skills and ability to lead projects independently
Proficiency in Google Docs & Google Sheets
Innovative mindset with attention to detail
