1. Loan Request Review: Assess and review incoming loan requests to ensure completeness and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
2. Client Communication: Make calls to clients to gather necessary financial data and documentation for loan processing.
3. Risk Assessment: Help identify potential risks by analyzing financial data and credit scores, providing insights and recommendations based on findings.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the loan application process and beyond.
5. Compliance: Ensure all loan processing activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies to mitigate financial risk.

Key Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate financial ratios, credit scores, and interest rates.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to clients.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in basic MS Excel and Computer skills.
Should have a average typing speed of 25 to 30 WPM.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a financial services role or loan processing (for experienced candidates).
Knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards related to loan processing.
Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and the ability to convey complex financial data clearly.
