About the role-

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to lead our Doctor & Patient Relations division. This role is pivotal in managing high-profile medical professionals while ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service for our valued patients. As a key liaison between the company, doctors, and patients, you will play a crucial role in strengthening relationships, driving engagement, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Elite Patient Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries via calls, emails, and chat, delivering prompt and personalized assistance.
- Educate patients on product benefits, usage guidelines, and dosage recommendations based on medical advice.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of patient interactions, ensuring follow-ups and high-quality service.

2. Strategic Doctor & Partner Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier doctors and healthcare partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Lead the onboarding and engagement of renowned medical professionals to expand the company's network.
- Address inquiries, provide key resources, and support doctors in delivering an enhanced patient experience.

3. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify high-value growth opportunities to strengthen the company's presence in the healthcare sector.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of strategic initiatives to drive sales and brand credibility.

4. High-Profile Event Management & Representation
- Oversee the organization of exclusive company events, medical workshops, and industry conferences.
- Represent the company at prestigious healthcare events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, biology, biomedical sciences or a Diploma in Pharmacy.

2. Any degree in a science-related field, such as B.Sc. in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.

3. Fluency in English and Hindi is required (knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage).

4. Previous experience in customer relationship management (CRM), business development, or a similar role in the healthcare or wellness industry is preferred.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with patients and professionals confidently.

6. Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

7. A customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
