Key responsibilities:

1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
2. What's app messages response
3. Do chat boot reverts
4. Work on lead conversation
5. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
7. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
8. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Office

Other requirements

1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

2. Track record of overachieving quota

3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond different types of characters

6. Excellent English/Hindi communication and presentation skills

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

8. High school diploma

9. MsOffice skills (Excel, Word, PPT)

10. Flexible hours
