Key responsibilities:

1. Handling calls for multiple Riscline clients
2. Coordinating with on-ground resources/on-call experts or with the internal team, as and when required for any case
3. Monitoring alerts which might affect the business continuity of our clients and report any significant development
4. Capturing data and drafting client reports like flash reports/EOD reports/weekly reports/incident reports/monthly update reports (as and when required)
