About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, orders, and issues
2. Provide product information and guide customers in making purchase decisions
3. Follow up on leads and inquiries to drive sales and customer engagement
4. Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
6. Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless order processingprocessing

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling/customer service role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
