Customer Acquisition Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling customer's queries via email, phone, and chat.
2. Helping customers resolve their issues such as refunding, etc.
3. Making customers smile.

Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
HSC (12th) Pass or Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO environment preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues.
Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information provided to customers.
