About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and understanding
2. Guide new clients through the onboarding process, assisting with setup, configuration, and training on our SaaS products
3. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, ensuring timely resolution of any issues or technical challenges
4. Proactively monitor client usage and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and offering personalized recommendations
5. Advocate for the client's needs within the organization, collaborating with internal teams to address client concerns and relay feedback
6. Drive customer retention and expansion efforts by demonstrating the value of our products, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and negotiating contract renewals
7. Gather and analyze client feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement, and work with relevant stakeholders to implement necessary changes
8. Develop and maintain customer success metrics and reports, tracking key performance indicators and ensuring alignment with company goals

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales

3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and familiarity with SaaS products

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex information

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights

6. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 /year
