Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns and provide accurate information and assistance.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience in a similar role preferred.
