Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls
2. Resolve the queries of the customers on the calls
3. Generate feedback from the customers

Note:

1. Working window: Any time between 8 AM to 8 PM
2. Fixed 9 hours shift (8 hours login & 1-hour break time)
