ScrapUncle is an online platform in India that makes it easy to sell junk like e-waste, paper, cartons, plastics, and metals. You can use our app or website to book a pickup right from your doorstep, and we'll pay you for it. We've completed over 100,000 pickups in the Delhi NCR area, recycling more than 10 million kilograms of waste. We were also featured and funded on Shark Tank Season 2.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic 'Customer Care Professional' to be a vital part of our operations team. This role involves ensuring smooth daily scrap pickup operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and continuously improving our support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pickup confirmation: Conduct outbound calls to confirm customer availability, answer queries, and ensure smooth scheduling.
2. Customer support: Provide exceptional customer care via phone and WhatsApp, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
3. Pickup coordination: Efficiently allocate pickups to drivers, optimizing routes to ensure timely and effective collections.
4. Issue resolution: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the pickup team, effectively managing complaints and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Who Should Apply?

1. Experience: 0-2 years in customer care or operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
2. Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Technical proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
