Position: Customer Relationship Executive (On-Role Caller)
Location: Vijay Nagar
Compensation: 16,000 - 21,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelors degree or higher
Experience: Minimum 6 months in a customer service or related role (experience or relieving letter required)
Freshers: Eligible to apply
Work Details:
Work Mode: On-site
Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 rotational week offsShift Timings:Male Candidates: Rotational shifts Female Candidates: Day shifts (8:00 AM to 8:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inbound and outbound calls.
Address customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure prompt issue resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
