Key Responsibilities:

- Address daily inquiries and issues faced by Tamil and Malayalam-speaking users online, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to player queries and overall player satisfaction.

3. Feedback and suggestions:
- Collect, summarize, and provide feedback on user issues and suggestions.

4. Collaboration with operations and product teams :
- Work closely with operations and product teams to maintain positive user relationships.
