We are seeking dedicated graduates, both freshers and those with technical support/troubleshooting experience, to join our dynamic team as technical support specialists. The ideal candidate should be aged between 18 to 35 years, eager to work 100% from the office, and flexible to work in various shifts to support our EMEA customers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling incoming calls from customers of certain clients and resolving their queries.
Additional details:
1. Training & development: Successful candidates will undergo a 2-month training period to fully equip them with the necessary skills for the role.
2. Work schedule: This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week.
3. Salary: Between 3 lakh to 4 lakh CTC per annum.

Key qualifications:
1. Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
2. Fluency in spoken English (Versant B2 level) with basic technical knowledge.
3. Proven technical knowledge, sales acumen, and a customer service mindset.
4. Ability to work 8.5 hours of production with an additional one-hour break.
5. Availability to work in shifts, with transport provided during odd hours.
