Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customers queries and respond in time
2. Generate feedback from the customers
3. Document all responses from the customer in the client portal without mistakes
4. Write professional emails

Requirements:

1. Customer-centric approach
2. Ability to convince the customer to generate feedback
3. Must have probing skills to gather additional information from the customers
4. Must be excellent in English, Hindi & any one south Indian language

Additional information:

1. Shift timing: 9 AM to 6 PM
2. 6 days working
3. Work from office
