Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls of customers
2. Resolve the queries of the customers on the calls
3. Generate feedback from the customers
4. Document all responses from the customer in the client portal without mistakes

Requirements:

1. Customer-centric candidates who are able to handle customers queries and respond on time
2. Ability to write professional emails
3. Ability to convince customers to generate feedback
4. Must have probing skills to gather additional information from the customers
5. Must be excellent in English, Hindi & any one South Indian language
