About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound chats of customers
2. Resolve the queries of the customers via chats
3. Handle customers' queries and respond in time
4. Generate feedback from the customers
5. Document all responses from the customer in the client portal without mistakes
6. Write professional emails
