Key responsibilities:
1. Handle customer calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems
3. Assist in resolving customer complaints

6. Provide timely and accurate information to customers
7. Identify customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions
