Key responsibilities:

1. Communication and Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external contractors and vendors.
Communicate project requirements, timelines, and expectations effectively.
Coordinate and follow up with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

2. Project Support:
Assist in organizing and tracking project-related documentation.
Support project/respective managers in monitoring progress and resolving issues.
Utilize tools such as Excel and Google Sheets for efficient data management.

3. Vendor/Contractor Management:
Maintain a database of contractors and vendors, including contact information and project involvement.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
