1. To increase business by deepening existing client relationships with cross-sell/upsell
2. Providing clients with information on new and existing products and schemes by keeping oneself updated on the financial markets & products
3. Client on-boarding, Account opening, etc
4. Portfolio reporting to customers over email and phone at regular intervals like Monthly or Quarterly or as and when required
5. Maintain customer contact and handle service issues & Customer queries
6. Prepare KYC, MIS and other relevant reports from time to time
7. Handle official telephonic calls/emails/skype/Zoom and client visits to his/her office or residence and ensure proper follow-up is made on the enquiries generated
8. To acquire new clients and pursue new leads and prospecting
9. Organizing customer meets / workshops involving presentations
10. Carry other promotional activities for lead generation
Willingness to work in a financial services company dealing in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, etc.
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year
