Customer Service Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries and issues through both voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, and chat)
2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
3. Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate team or department
4. Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful tone in all interactions
5. Adhere to established processes and quality standards
6. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system

Requirements:

1. Hold any degree or equivalent qualification
2. Have 6 months to 2 years of customer support experience preferred
3. Be fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages preferred)
4. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Be able to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
