We seek a customer-focused individual to provide excellent support in English & Hindi.

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling customer inquiries & resolving issues
2. Providing accurate & timely information
3. Building strong customer relationships
4. Troubleshooting & escalating complex issues
5. Working on effective communication (verbal & written)
6. Adhering to processes & quality standards

Additional details:

1. CTC: 20,000//month
2. In-hand: 17,000/month
3. Workweek: 6 days, rotational week off
