Key responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with queries and problems via telephone, emails, chat, etc.
2. Process customer orders accurately & promptly
3. Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining inventory, and coordinating marketing campaigns

5. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
