About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep understanding of our B2B SaaS products and services to effectively support our clients.
2. Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our software solutions.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
4. Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and business objectives.
5. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
6. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their usage, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to ensure client success and satisfaction.
8. Identify opportunities to expand and upsell our products and services based on client needs and usage patterns.
9. Monitor client health and usage metrics to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
10. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer success processes and best practices.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.

3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software to analyze and present data.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand and address client challenges effectively.

6. Proactivity and self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

8. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools is a plus.

9. Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
