1. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software to analyze and present data.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand and address client challenges effectively.
6. Proactivity and self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
8. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools is a plus.
9. Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
