Customer Service Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by SLOs
2. Keep high customer satisfaction scores and follow quality standards in 90% of cases
3. Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer-facing root cause assessment
4. Provide customer-facing bug progress summary using available tools and platforms
5. Handle escalations raised by customers and partners
6. Handle consults from the lower tier to assist in case resolution

Requirements:

1. Ability to work in a rich diverse environment, handle cultural and language differences, and be an effective communicator
2. Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering/computer science/computer applications/information technology - 2020 &2021&2022& 2023
3. Consistent academic record of 60% in 10th, 12th, UG
4. Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond
5. 0-1 year experience candidates
6. Strong written and verbal communication
7. Knowledge of Google s ad product
8. Excellent probe problem-solving analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and industry knowledge
