We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented customer service associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various customer service channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ticket management:
a. Handle customer complaints and inquiries through the ticketing system.
b. Update tickets with remarks, resolutions, and closure dates promptly.
2. WhatsApp customer support:
a. Manage customer interactions via WhatsApp, providing timely and accurate responses.
b. Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction through professional chat communication.
3. Call handling:
a. Make and receive calls to assist customers with their concerns or queries.
b. Provide resolutions over the phone or escalate issues as needed.
4. Record keeping & documentation:
a. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring all updates are recorded in the system.
5. Other related tasks:
a. Assist with various other customer service duties as needed, including cross-team collaboration for solving customer issues.
Location: Kamla Nagar, New Delhi (North Delhi)
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, North and neighboring cities
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Ability to handle multiple channels of communication (tickets, WhatsApp, phone).
3. Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
