Role overview

Join Torero Softwares Ltd as a customer support executive and assist clients in resolving queries related to software, accounting, and GST while providing training sessions for our Medica software.

Key responsibilities

1. Client Support: Assist clients with queries related to software, accounting, and GST by delivering high-quality solutions.
2. Software Training: Lead training sessions to help clients make the most of the software.
3. Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with a skilled technical team and stay updated with new software features there's always something new to learn!

Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of accounting and GST, familiarity with remote tools like Anydesk or TeamViewer is a plus.

Education:
Commerce graduate preferred (freshers with knowledge of accounting and GST are welcome!)
12th Pass with experience in Customer Support (preferably in Software Products) can also apply.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
