Location: Pune (Aundh)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused customer experience specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across chat, calls, and email channels. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer insights, the ability to comprehend and address customer requirements, and the skill to resolve queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interact with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to provide support and resolve issues.
2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services or credit card industry.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
7. Empathy and a genuine passion for helping customers.
