Customer Service Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
2. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and provide effective solutions to maintain satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of queries and issues.
4. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and correspondence.
5. Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
6. Work on client relationship management with a key focus on efficiency, control, and enhancing client experience.
7. Empanelment and account opening documentation process of Institution/HNI/Corporate Clients
8. Provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external clients and service partners, responding timely and professionally to client inquiries.
9. Contact potential and existing clients via phone to promote broking services.
10. Explain the features and benefits of our financial products and services.
11. Answer client queries and provide accurate information regarding investments.
12. Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
