About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loans and subsidies
2. Address customer inquiries regarding loan products, application processes, status updates
3. Guide customers through the application process, including filling out forms and explaining required documentation.
4. Assist customers in understanding eligibility criteria, interest rates, and loan terms.
5. Escalate complex issues to higher authorities or specialized departments when necessary
6. Accurately input customer information into the CRM system
7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
8. Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers
9. Keep customers informed about the status of their applications and any required actions
10. Gather customer feedback on products and services
11. Report common issues and suggestions to improve service quality
12. Work closely with other departments
13. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques
14. Utilize call center software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other relevant tools effectively
15. Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates
16. Continuously improve service quality through feedback and training
