Customer Service Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Play a crucial part in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service
2. Communicate with customers via call, email, and chat
3. Provide help and advice to customers using DrinkPrime's protocols or services.
4. Communicate courteously with customers
5. Handle customer complaints, enquiries, or requests
6. Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
7. Work across different teams (sales, operations, delivery, finance) for effective and fast issue resolution

Requirements:

1. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
2. Strong sense of customer empathy
3. Creativity and a good sense of humor (added advantage)
4. Proficiency in any 2 of the following languages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada
